Centennial Auto was able to accept my vehicle during a busy holiday season and performed my repair well. However, I had a pretty poor experience when speaking with them about the repairs. There were barely-veiled implications that I was irresponsible with my vehicle, they originally marked up an oil pan from $100 to $250 (then eventually dropped it to $200- still quite a mark-up) and argued with me when I asked questions about the repair and my options. I assume the man I spoke to was having a poor day but I was very surprised to need to ask him to speak with me politely and to have patience with reasonable questions. I'm grateful for the quick and accurate repair but I will go elsewhere in the future.
Jason, we appreciate you reaching out with your feedback and letting us know how things went. We want to extend a sincere apology to you as we always want to show respect, patience, and kindness when speaking with our customers and we're so sorry you didn't feel that we lived up to that standard. We appreciate your understanding as yes, maybe our team member was simply having a bad day, and that is never our typical standard of service nor an excuse. We respect your decision to go elsewhere in the future, but if you ever change your mind we will gratefully be here to help. We hope you had a great New Year's!
