We have been customers of Centennial Auto for years, have had multiple cars serviced, and have spent thousands. Our latest experience will be our last. We took our Audi in for a headlight repair, they charged $383. However, the headlight only was fixed for a day or so before the dash notification came back on saying the light was out. This dash notification would intermittently appear for the next few weeks. When we took the car back in think we may have a short in a wire, we were told that the Headlight Igniter was bad, a part they cannot source. So we paid $383 for a non-fix. When I questioned this, there was no accommodation made, no acknowledgement that the Headlight Igniter was likely the problem in the first place. When I questioned why they charge $272 for a replacement bulb, a bulb that can be bought at any auto part store for $140, I was told that 100% mark-up is their standard. This business is a fine example of above average cost, poor communication, poor customer service and they are shortsighted when it comes to customer retention.
