I had a very good experience with Centennial automotive. They even fixed a minor thing in my car that was quite Annoying without being asked to. They got my car into running condition and it runs very well after having a engine blowout on the highway. They were able to find me a used engine with low miles that saves me a lot of money. Paul With AAA was very helpful it made me feel I was in safe hands with Centennial automotive. I don’t live by but I would use them again if I had difficulty.

Centennial Auto was great. I had a flat while traveling. They got my tire fixed in 30 minutes! The staff was efficient & pleasant. Waiting room clean and neat. Great experience.

This was my first time taking my car in for service myself. I work across the street from CAR and the process was super easy and straight forward- scheduled online and communicated via text to confirm and coordinate pick-up. All the people I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be coming back for other regular maintenance over the dealership.

I brought my car in at 3pm for misfire issues (shaking at idle and check engine light). After 12:30pm the next day, I was not given any update, diagnosis, or estimate. When I followed up multiple times, I was only told they were "still looking." Eventually, I was told the car had misfired and then stopped, but they could not identify the cause or recommend a repair. Any time I had a question, I was told to take it to a dealership. Even after I simply asked if the car was safe to drive, they just said "I don't know. Take it to the dealership." I understand that some issues can be intermittent, but I expected at least basic diagnostic information (such as codes pulled or which cylinder was affected), or a clear next step. They didn't even have anything in writing for me to take when I picked up my car. The lack of communication and unwillingness to provide even an estimate was frustrating and the whole thing was a waste of time.

My Nissan Altima S was not started due to bad fuel inject , I booked an appointment and tow my car there , All the staffs are really polite and they provided good services. Only one concern I was to drain the bad fuel they charged 700 dollar otherwise everything is good.
