For the past decade, or more, I've been a loyal customer of Centennial Automotive Repair and have always been highly satisfied. The customer service I've received from Billy, Dean and Ken is always outstanding with clear communication, explanations and documentation of repairs needed, assessments of priorities, respect for my budget, very reasonable pricing, prompt turnaround and excellent repair outcomes. I'm loyal because they have earned my trust by never doing me wrong and I can't recommend Centennial Automotive Repair more highly.

I put my real name on this review because if you're going to say something about a business, you shouldn't be anonymous. After more than a decade and 5 or 6 cars, I think I can say with confidence that this company has been competent and perhaps more importantly they've been honest. They did once lose my oil cap, but other than that I have always felt like if they say something needs to be done, it needs to be done, and then once they do it, they ask a reasonable price. As a side note - if you happen to be in a position where you have to give a friend's car a jump, but you gave your teenage kid your cables, no worries - just drop by and the guy at the desk will give you the keys to his truck so you can grab his.
