I had dropped my car off to see what was wrong with it because my heat was going in and out, they found out that it was just low on coolant. Before doing anything, they called and let me and my husband know what they found before starting to work on my car. THAT IS AMAZING COMMUNICATION. Then we asked if we could get a oil change by chance and the staff said YES we can take care of that. Again AMAZING customer service for squeezing in the oil change when they didnt have to. And finally they got my car taken care of, and they called me to tell me. Mind you, they close at 530pm but the staff was so kind hearted and paitently waited for me to get there as i walked from from work. I got there close to 6pm and they were happy ro serve me. Yet again AMAZING customer service to wait after they were closed for me to get my car. And the cherry on top, the BEST THING that i will never forget, they told me that they could have picked me up from work so i didnt have to walk (walking distance was 10 to 15 mins away) I was so happy that they would have picked me up if need be. THAT IS WHAT YOU CALL PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They exceeded beyond what they needed to. I will continue to go here from now on. I found my shop where my car belong at!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. AND TOTALLY ADORABLE. I LOVE IT.
