I came into Centennial and talked to Billy. I told him my 07 Tundra just quit running and it was most likely the fuel filter or fuel pump. Billy got it towed to the shop, diagnosed the problem and performed an oil change I requested. He called and informed me that the aftermarket air intake tube I installed had come loose and wasn’t allowing the truck to run. I know that was true because I pulled it loose. The tow cost me $125 and I’m here to let everyone know that spending $125 is the cheapest way to find out if a new mechanic is honest. He could have done the unnecessary work that I suggested, or made up something else. He was honest he didn’t overcharge me and did excellent work in a short period of time. Centennial has a new customer with multiple vehicles. Thank you Billy for being honest, doing great work in a reasonable amount of time, and unknowingly participating in my honesty test. You have a dedicated customer who will be recommending Centennial Automotive to anyone that needs an honest, reliable mechanic. Bob Blair
